Have you ever tried Matcha Green Tea?! I have recently jumped on the Matcha bandwagon! Not only does it help me get through my afternoon exhaustion with “clean” energy instead of the jittery coffee kind, it is super high in antioxidants! Why are antioxidants so important? Well, they stabilize free radicals, which are harmful to your body as they cause chronic disease and damage cells. Why would I say no to trying something out that is a solid win-win?!
I have played with a few different recipes, and have enjoyed them all. A few of you have written in that you do not enjoy the flavor of matcha, which I can understand as it is potent. However, think about how healthy it is and try it out! My current go-to Matcha Latte Recipe tastes a little like green pancakes. I know, weird description but it’s all I can think of!

- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 1-2 tsp Organic Maple Syrup
