Have you tried Bulletproof coffee yet? I am an avid tea drinker, but on a recent trip to Sedona, I tried it for the first time and it rocked my world. I drink it now on work days because it wakes me up so fast and helps keep me focused. The problem was I cannot eat the butter/ghee that is called for in every recipe I have found so far! The Wildflowers Dairy Free Bulletproof Coffee Recipe
8 oz hot filtered water
2 TBS Bulletproof Coffee Grounds, purchase here
1-2 tsp Bulletproof Brain Octane, purchase here
1 TBS Organic Coconut Oil
¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or full fat coconut milk for a creamier result)
1 tsp organic vanilla extract
2 tsp Saigon Cinnamon
Local honey as a sweetener to taste
Add all ingredients to a blender, blend on high for 30 seconds. Serve and enjoy hot!
