Any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the ship date. Please send an email to email@example.com if you would like to process a return. Please note that we do not offer cash back on returns. We are more than happy to exchange your item for one that is still in stock, when applicable, if the item is defective. Or we can issue store credit for your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and at the customers expense. Please include the original invoice. Once the return is processed you will receive an email verifying your exchange or store credit. *All sales of merchandise that has been marked down are FINAL. Unless otherwise noted products will ship within 2-7 business days of purchase. We will use USPS flat rate shipping whenever possible to ensure your item are insured and arrive via priority mail. In the case of items not fitting into flat rate boxes due to weight or size, we will still ship via USPS, however in a customize sized box.
